Immaculately clean, great budget hotel, I truly enjoyed good sized and brand-new rooms and extremely helpful staff. The location was best possible - adjacent to the city center as well as the correct airport which was the other side of Rome. You can find Savoia near the venue to a have lunch.

Exceptional cheap place, it has best possible location really close to the Regina Baglioni, the large and beautiful gardens and the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Professional and amazingly attentive staff, they smile all the time. The rooms are well-equipped, with chandeliers. I would love to come back and would recomand this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing stay, especially the good breakfast experience with live harp music in the stunning ballroom. The complimentary chocolates for my partner's birthday were a lovely touch! The room was immaculate, definitely a nice visit.

We thought the staff were absolutely charming and incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother and any request we had was dealt with immediately. Breakfast was delicious!
The only downside was lack of air conditioning (although it is available in the summer - typical of all Italian hotels I have stayed in) but there was a window we could open so not a realy problem.

The air conditioning made the room very cold and did not respond to the in room controls for temperature or turning it off.

Location and Staff excellent. The staff really made the hotel - always friendly and helpful
Bit run down and aircon pathetic but that might have just been bad luck. Seemed like they were renovated some of the building too

Our junior suite was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed with a lovely seating area, plenty of closet space, refined bed linens and extra pillows, and an interesting dual entry pristine white tile bathroom that included two sinks, toilet, bidet, and tub/shower. Reception, concierge and housekeeping staff were busy but attentive. During my stay, my wallet accidentally fell out of my purse outside of the 3rd floor elevator while I was searching for keys, phone, camera.. Housekeeping staff found it and returned it to reception and not one item was missing.
The hotel's air conditioning was taxed with the heat wave during our time in Florence. Our room was a little warm at times. Because of our private and quiet location at the back of the hotel, we hardly ever had good wireless connection. To get wireless we had to sit in the lobby as close to the reception desk as possible, which was inconvenient.
